I participated to load share and the process was poor. I waited for 2hrs30 for them to get the boxes ready. They were nor ready when I arrived and they did not have a trailer available to load the boxes. I arrived after midnight since I left around 5:30p. Also a full tank was not able to get me to the destination and filling the gas with the trailer was not easy. This experience was fun, but not easy. I was promised a compensation for my waiting time which I am expecting. Thanks,

MARCUS CThe equipment I needed to use along with the truck were not present. The truck was not cleaned prior to me picking it up as well. I went over my milage due to having to drive to another uhaul to get the equipment I needed that I reserved.
