John KThe return place was very easy to get to. The store was very nice, but the person working was the only one there and he wasn’t really sure how to return a U-Haul after 3 o’clock,,,,, my truck wasn’t due until the next morning, but I just wanted to drop it off since I was done and be done with it. Seemed like he had to hit a ton of buttons on his phone to complete the return process, and there was so many customers needing to check out while he was trying to figure it out. But 20 minutes later he got it done (I hope).
