Customer service was fantastic, especially the attendant at Tom's Mug n' Jug. My one issue was with the gas policy. The vehicle I rented had 3/8 tank of gas when I picked it up, which was a bit annoying. The fact that the customer is expected to return the vehicle with the same amount of gas and is not reimbursed for any additional gas feels like it puts additional costs and burden on the customers, especially with fuel prices so high. The gas gauge was also not consistently accurate on my newer vehicle (it showed 3/8 when I started it, but quickly dropped to 1/4 as soon as the engine got hot a mile or two down the road).

David KI was advised that the 12x6 enclosed trailer is actually 11’4” not 12’ This could have been a very big inconvenience if I didn’t alter my plans. Relabeling is designating is required.
