My original reservation was with a local provider at 2484 S Otsego Ave, Gaylord, MI · (989) 705-7044. This location contacted me the night before pickup to tell me they did not have the trailer I reserved and I would have to drive an hour and fifteen minutes away to pick it up in Mio. I was furious as we had a three-day cross country trip ahead of us and I did not relish driving another 2.5 hours to pick up the trailer, cutting into our loading and trip prep time. The Mio location was great, but they did not have the dolly that we ordered. We had to drive back to Gaylord for the dolly. In short, it was not a smooth experience in Gaylord. Very smooth in Mio.
