Please have them write down in paper what they are promising or they will over charge you for things they said they’d cover on their behalf . I would never come back here again nor would I recommend it to any other people that would consider going here

Everything was smooth. The owner and sweet older lady running the U-Haul office is so kind and helpful. But the smell of cat urine was so powerful it made me sick picking up and dropping off. I don't want to be negative because the owner is so sweet but I don't know if she realizes how jolting the order is. I'm sure somebody else has brought this up but if I'm being honest it's just too much to want to deal with it or send any body I know there. But the lady is a sweetheart and so kind.
