This location is very well equipped and the staff is very professional, very helpful. I would recommend this dealer to others (I actually already have) as well as their towing services as many of the well known local towing companies have been purchased and taken over by a monopoly and this is the only local/independent tow service now available. I have had previous poor experiences at other U-Haul locations in the past. This dealer has restored my willingness to do business with U-Haul.

Amazing staff made the process so easy
NICHOLAS PI booked a 26’ u-haul for a one way trip from the lower mainland to the interior. I asked for 4 days and everything seemed fine. When they call to confirm the day before, they booked it for a return trip and 1 day. The experience over the phone talking to the employee and then the manager, was absolutely terrible. They made it seem like it was my fault. I booked this via phone and talked to the person for over 20 minutes. It was pretty hard to screw up the conversation, but they did. The manager was something else, the worst customer experience I’ve ever been involved in.
