I got my pickup location changed the day before pick up. The store was closed when I arrived. The attendant didn’t know how to handle the uhal order. They didn’t had my dolly. I had to pick it up in the original location. I left 45 minutes after I intended. The attendant didn’t know how to finish the order nor inspect the truck. The whole experience and interaction with uhal sucked

No organization what so ever. They made me wait two hours total to be able to drop it off and pick it up. No notice after setting up mobile pick up that it wouldn’t be possible.
BRAEDAN PI had a frustrating experience picking up our U-Haul reservation. The representative arrived about 20 minutes after the store was supposed to open, and although he acknowledged that we were waiting, there was no apology or communication about the delay. After waiting outside, we eventually went in, only to be told we needed to provide a license even though we had already completed everything online for pickup. This was confusing, as we were under the impression the process would be quick and seamless. What was most disappointing was that after already waiting over 30 minutes, we were asked to wait again while another customer was helped ahead of us. When we were finally assisted, there was no acknowledgment of the delay or even a simple “thank you” or “have a good day.” Overall, the lack of communication and basic customer service made what should have been a quick pickup unnecessarily frustrating.
