They were unable to do the paperwork as it would not load onto the system - so they had to call and have it done elsewhere (and it was done incorrectly). The truck had a significant issue when gearing down (clunking when I would slow down for a light or stop sign), I suspect the transmission is going.

Really poor customer service. Garbage was left in the cab of the truck under the seat and it was overall dirty and not well maintained. Pick-up location was changed which wasn't ideal. Pick-up location was also a smoke and snack shop which made no sense at all and just very dysfunctional. Agreed on 6pm drop off in the contract and when calling to request an extra hour found out they had put 4:45 down instead. Really disappointed with the general service of this U-Haul location and will not use again or recommend.
Carla HI got my pickup location changed the day before pick up. The store was closed when I arrived. The attendant didn’t know how to handle the uhal order. They didn’t had my dolly. I had to pick it up in the original location. I left 45 minutes after I intended. The attendant didn’t know how to finish the order nor inspect the truck. The whole experience and interaction with uhal sucked
Joao SNo organization what so ever. They made me wait two hours total to be able to drop it off and pick it up. No notice after setting up mobile pick up that it wouldn’t be possible.
BRAEDAN PI had a frustrating experience picking up our U-Haul reservation. The representative arrived about 20 minutes after the store was supposed to open, and although he acknowledged that we were waiting, there was no apology or communication about the delay. After waiting outside, we eventually went in, only to be told we needed to provide a license even though we had already completed everything online for pickup. This was confusing, as we were under the impression the process would be quick and seamless. What was most disappointing was that after already waiting over 30 minutes, we were asked to wait again while another customer was helped ahead of us. When we were finally assisted, there was no acknowledgment of the delay or even a simple “thank you” or “have a good day.” Overall, the lack of communication and basic customer service made what should have been a quick pickup unnecessarily frustrating.
