By far the best u-haul pick up / drop off experience that I’ve had at a third party location. Very responsive and accommodating, great communication with clear instructions to facilitate pick up and check in via mobile, with quick access to keys via lock box (great for returns after business hours). 5 stars, Highly recommend!

Chibuike ATruck had no fuel when taken possession. Garbage wrappers and coffee cups in cab. App wouldn’t let me check in for the rental. Locked buisness doors and the person who runs the show wasn’t even there to help…
