KRISTA CI left this review on google and I will add it here as well - I always rent your trucks and usually I’m very happy and satisfied, but today’s experience was totally different than all my previous rentals: This was the worst U-Haul experience I had: - They have no U-Haul regular office and no U-Haul supplies, instead it’s a clothing store - when I entered the store, it was too smelly - the are playing a loud prayer in the store (this felt like a mosque and not a U-Haul store) - they gave me a Beater truck, when you drive you hear every weird sound coming from the body and the engine - the truck was dirty in the diver and passengers side
