The equipment was not clean when I recieved it, and when i returned it in as is condition I was charged a cleaning fee something I have never ever been charged before because I always leave equipment clean.

Location very convenient. Van had several dents in it and it was time consuming to work with the app to record them. Did it twice and both times got error message from app so we gave up and carried on with our plans.

SAMSON MI was at the store to pick up the van, the person in the store had no idea on how to get me registered in the system. So she called someone on the phone to do the registration for me over the phone. Someone was at the other end to get my details. We had to call my credit card details over the phone, which I think its weird. I was in a haste to meet an appointment time for a delivery, if not I would have canceled the Uhaul pickup. It was not a pleasant experience as my time was wasted trying to scan my driver license using the link sent to my phone. If the right person was at the store, it would have gone smoothly.
