Booked on line with 10 wrapping blankets, when I went there for pickup, he cancelled my reservation and made a new reservation and told me Uhaul has phased out blankets, you can buy one for $10 from him. One was not enough and I ended up damaging and scratching appliances, just because he wanted to sell his blankets. Next time I will rather try Homedepot cargo van. No hassle and much cheaper.
