I was at the store to pick up the van, the person in the store had no idea on how to get me registered in the system. So she called someone on the phone to do the registration for me over the phone. Someone was at the other end to get my details. We had to call my credit card details over the phone, which I think its weird. I was in a haste to meet an appointment time for a delivery, if not I would have canceled the Uhaul pickup. It was not a pleasant experience as my time was wasted trying to scan my driver license using the link sent to my phone. If the right person was at the store, it would have gone smoothly.
