The truck was not clean inside at all, yet they charge a $25.00 cleaning fee? The staff at the K Convience were confused on the administration of thr rental process. When I dropped off the truck, there was no staff present that were aware of the process to return the truck. They had to call a representative, put them on speaker so he could instruct me on how to return the vehicle. A terrible customer experience.
Larry MVan cargo loading area needs to be vacuumed and wiped clean.
HAZEM IBooked on line with 10 wrapping blankets, when I went there for pickup, he cancelled my reservation and made a new reservation and told me Uhaul has phased out blankets, you can buy one for $10 from him. One was not enough and I ended up damaging and scratching appliances, just because he wanted to sell his blankets. Next time I will rather try Homedepot cargo van. No hassle and much cheaper.
SHAHID K- the loading cabin wasn't that clean - right turn signal wasn't working - the driver cabin could have benefited from a wash The service from store was amazing though ... Mr. Khan was so helpful. I would rent through him again
