Vehicle had several performance issues which I told to the staff at return. I was also charged a $48 fee for fuelling when I filled up 10 minutes prior to drop off. This is a scam, don't go here

JAEHO YI will never recommend anyone to this place because the U-Haul truck was very dirty as I spoke to Customer Care, but they said that they will mention and truck was also accidental right door was not working and very dirty. There was a weird Can inside. There was a cigarette, but inside and nasty smell was coming from Front major thing is when I was about to check out that lady didn’t mention anything about that broken right door. When I did everything when later on, she was saying that rider was not working properly and spoke to Customer Care. Just tell them. She didn’t mention anything before.
