Worst rental to date. App was crap. Failed to force before photo of cab and inside. No equipment check (trailers need chocks for example). This vehicle was filthy (gum and goop, sticky steering wheel, stuff you don't see, you feel). Parking space stipulations could not be met because another vehicle parked where this was (this 15' had left a large snow cleared spot), as another renter of a smaller van did not park in the snow filled spot it came out of. Parking where van was forced it i to snow banks to stay out of traffic - thus made rear and internal photos challenging. Clearly staff, a full week after a storm) had not moved vehicles so facility snow removal contractor could do their work (and thus make U-Haul easier to work with). Vehicle was otherwise par for the course, did the job needed. But don't rent to morons who leave gum and messy dash (cup holders, door handles). Either that or issue wipes so new renters can sanitize the mess your photos do not capture.
LOREN PCar didn’t meet safety standards. Left front tire had no air. I have raised a complaint. Right Mirror was not set correctly. You are putting someone’s life in danger. I am filling a police complaint.

MARIO ZRepresentative did not come out to help me inspect the vehicle or find switches, etc. Showing low tire pressure. Snow fall no brush or scraper to get snow off for visibility. Process was confusing. Took photos of mileage and fuel, never used. Had to ask for contract copies.
