Perfect truck. nice and clean
GORKEM DNo one was available to pick up the vehicle. Lock wouldn't open to take out the keys. No on site assistance was available. The rear end of truck won't open as it was frozen. The truck wasn't ready for use. There was dirt in the rear compartment of truck. I planned on completing my work the same day. But had to postpone a day later to finish it as no one was available on site to help unlock the rear kf truck. Sad this happened. It's the first time something like this happened at uHaul after renting so many times in the past. Customer service people seemed to be compassionate but couldn't provide immediate help as they couldn't replace my truck or send me to different location to ease my experience.
