I have rented from Uhaul many times, I will never rent from this location at 2455 Cawthra Rd Mississauga ever again. No one at the site, no one answers the phone when you call, Uhaul representatives had a hard time getting ahold of the contact but got ahold of his business partner that was supposed to call me back right away but didn't. I spent way too much time on the phone dealing with this. The truck was running rough as well. Will never rent at a non staffed place again. No customer service, then I'll go to another provider

KOREDE KIt wasn’t mentioned to me that the truck i rented was parked behind the unit! When i arrived there was a u haul truck parked in front of the unit so i drove it to my house. Then was informed that i took the wrong truck and return it asap!
