VIOLA MReturned parking lot was covered in snow even after days of opportunity to clear, I had to drive my truck threw around a foot just to put it in a place it would be out of the road. I then received calls for the next week from U-Haul or whoever starting I had not returned what I rented, I confirmed with the shop it was in fact returned, they brushed it off as well I must have just overlooked it, still received called for 2 more days saying I hadn’t returned what I rented with U-Haul threatening me saying to call immediately. As someone whos rented from U-Haul before, this was an uncomfortable thing to deal with, and unprofessional just due to someone being to lazy to look
