HEIDI HI would just like to say that in the last month I have rented to U-Hauls the first U-Haul we got was full of things when we went to pick it up and got it home we opened the back and people had left Furniture swimming pool and baby items from the last move we had to take care of it ourselves because we needed the U-Haul and then two days ago when I rented I was told the keys would be left for me and the owner of the U-Haul forgot all about it so I had to chase down a person that I knew that work there to get me a key 2 hours later which I was already doing them a favor by having it back by 9:00 the next morning which was short of my 24-hour rent of the vehicle so at this point I'm very disgusted with this U-Haul representative I've not being accommodated in any way they just laughed about it and said oh yeah he forgot I'm I am not very happy but there's nowhere else local for me to rent from this made it very hard on my daughter's move the first time in my move this time sincerely Miss Hollenberg
HEIDI HCheck in was also an issue. I am an old guy and therefore limited with my hand held phone. The after hours check in on Sunday took over 1-1/2 hours because the special lock box was not cooperating. The service person needed to consult on multicable issues and get permission and I am pretty sure that the guy / girl was tied up with other problems. I think your whole Web based system is not user friendly and you need more people to handle personal touch communications. Paul Black

Larry BHad a problem with the hitch on the trailer, it came off my truck while going down the highway, damaged my plug in for lights beyond repair, will need to be replaced. I purchased the insurance coverage and would like to use it to replace my plugs for lights on my truck, trailer was not damaged.

JEFFREY SYou are doing an awesome job! I did notice that you have 2 workers available to help with the move for 2 hrs. Was wondering if there any possible way to add extra hours if needed. You have a flat rate for two hours. Setup up additional rates per hour up to 4 hours will be great.

Kara WImprove the lighting! It was scary to pick up the truck after dark and it was parked in a field with a house next to it. They had a loose dog running around. It was a nightmare situation.

Randy LWay overpriced and did not reset miles for our move in town tryed to say we went 40 miles and we only went 9miles around our town kept us at the store the for more then a hour bringing up lies and so on we even used google to check how many miles it was to our old house to the new house and he still wanted to say we was wrong made us put more gas in it then what was in it before we got it so after a long wait he knocked off 30miles we did not get any money back we had to pay a extra 16 dollars cause the guy said we see u monday and he told us after we got there it was post to be there sat vary bad place stay away
