The first U-HAUL location I went to was also in Mobile next to the Grewyhound station. The clerk (Coach?) was very rude from the time we came in, and then accused my friends (one of which is in the army) of doing drugs. I work in a daycare and my other friend is in the army so obviously we don’t. But it was a very upsetting situation and because of it, I most likely won’t be using U-Haul again and I will be letting my friends and family know as well. I’m mainly upset because I move so much that I use U-Haul at least once or twice a year and I now have to find another company.
