The employees were great. However, whoever is putting in the locations to pick up a uhaul needs to double check ✔. I went to the location my reservation showed and it wasn't the right one. The employee at the wrong location was kind enough to find the right one. It an unnecessary waste of time and gas.

Even though the drop off was a disaster, i would like to give credit to (2) of your outstanding employees, Aerial Darbonne and Tracy Holcombe. Both of these ladies lived into your goal of a positive customer experience. I was getting ready to blast u-haul on FB and twitter before talking to Aerial this morning. She immediately took control of the situation and completely resolved my problem assuring me she was going to handle everything and not to worry.. I will say you have some issues with this Mobile location that you need to get under control... quickly. Thankfully you have people like Aerial and Tracy to clean up the mess. I hope this is received as constructive criticism and positive affirmation for 2 AWESOME ladies! Give them each a bonus!!


Nothing you did great job


They switched trailers on me. And then they build me for two trailers. Mischarged me twice. The trailer I rented has been returned but the trailer that the show was rented hasn't been. And they still had me paying for it the trailer that someone else now has. Highly unlikely I will ever use this location or let anyone that I know use this location. For this being a hub like location for U-Haul it is very poorly organized and ran.

The check in process is annoying, if a person were not tech savvy it would be an issue . Our truck was covered in damage and app was not working to document it The after hours check in was tedious . I pay to rent the uhaul not to work for uhaul . It's not my job to check damage or check in

Please consider adding a senior citizen step up,particularly on the driver's side. On the 15 foot truck the step up to the driving platform is considerable for seniors moving into smaller homes. Use it as a marketing tool... Only company with handy helpers for seniors.

Answer the phone when customer is calling! I left my garage door opener on the driver side visor. I stayed on the phone waiting for someone to pick up the call, someone finally did said the calls had been rolled over. She said they would call me. It is not your fault I left the door opener in the van. Just need to let someone there know so they might retrieve it for me

I had an issue picking up at my first location. No one could help me and I was transferred to this location. Picking up the Uhaul was no issue at this location. Dropped it off a day early. I called several times to make sure it was no issue to drop off early and couldn't get through to no one. Call center never picked up. I just went ahead and took it and it was no problem. I was told that I am good to go and should receive an email in about 30 minutes. The next day I get a call and they asked where the Uhaul was at and do I plan to keep it longer. I tried to call again and the call center never picked up. Was on hold for at least 30 minutes. I had to go to the actual store and tell them that I brought it back. The gentlemen at the counter was not professional at all... on his cell phone while talking to me but was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Not sure if this really matters because you guys will get business regardless and more than likely will have to use you again. Customer service really needs help.

This people in this location are the best I use the trailer 2 o 3 times per month and I go there becouse those people are the best in Alabama


They overcharme at the place of pick it up and one of the strap was broken, I had to buy one for haul my car.

Bad location, unclear where to park truck or enter facility. Looked like junkyard. Unclear which building to enter. Buildings in disrepair.


Average bc of the process of renting the vehicle to start with. The people checking you in/renting the vehicle are slow and have ZERO management. I'm pretty sure one of the guys was higher than a kite. Failed to mask up, but had no problems wearing his sunglasses inside and mopped around while people waited. Returning the vehicle: I pulled up 12 minutes b4 closing time. Watched the girl In the office run to turn off the open sign. One employee came out an apologized and checked my vehicle back into your inventory. He couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. I wish I had gotten his name. Hopefully you can see who I returned the vehicle back in with. He is the only reason I didn't give a lower score.

If your policy is for the customer who use their phone to be able to walk to the side of the counter and show their phone for the keys, then your employees need to know that because i was ignored and made to wait while they handled other business first.

Keep up the great work. Your service representatives were very helpful and courteous. It makes rental an easy task and I look forward to, hopefully, our one last trip to finalize our move. I was amazed at how well the trailer tracked behind our truck, and those hydraulic brakes seemed to keep the trailer and the towing vehicle, one unit. I never once, felt like the trailer was pushing me. I wish I had one of these trailers.

The only issue I had was that the vehicle smelled like cigarette smoke when we got it. I would like to say that the associate that helped me was excellent both at pick up and drop off. It was a fast and easy process!
