We arrived about 35 minutes early to drop off. As we pulled up to the drop off station we were approached by an associate who asked me to pull the truck to the side of the building, and I did so. After exiting the truck after her guidance of parking, which was quite difficult. She told me that I had to detach the trailer because no one was there to do it. After doing so I was told by another associate that I had gone over mileage. I am totally disabled, and don't feel like I should have had to detach the trailer because they were short of help. I look to be reimbursed for my trouble. We will be contacting management to inquire about this incident.

Rental agreements should be honored when a customer takes the time to schedule them for an allotted time frame. If the vehicle is not ready at the scheduled time for pick up and the customer has to wait 45min. before it's processed then the return time should change as well. The customer should not be penalized for the companies negligence. Only to be told that you can't get your full rental what you reserved. I will not be recommending this location to anyone in the future.

Make sure to settle with the customer so that there are no surprised on their account. As this was the case with me on my settlement. The young lady, told me I was good and when she emailed my settlement it stated the same amount that I presumed to be good of which I paid prior to getting the truck, and when I looked at my account there was an extra amount taken from my account. This was upsetting to me, when someone tell you one thing and you do expect that amount and more is taken, it is like stealing.

The guy that signed me up for the contract was very unimpressive.very customer service skills what so the African American guy that checked the truck was impeccable. Very nice. As for the ordering the truck... I was suppose to pick up in semmes and drop in saraland...I found out the day before the move that I had to travel 20 extra miles to pick up the truck and then I had to drive all the way back to semmes...yes they gave me 40 extra miles...but they don't even consider the time your wasting with the extra driving...if you have to transfer a customer you should offer a discount or reward card. I have always used uhaul but honestly I am considering using another company from now on...I don't like being given the runaround...and not fully compensated for my trouble.

I had to do over night drop off AND they never checked the trailer back in so I got charged an extra 215.36 on top of the 60 I already paid to rent it because they said i didn't return it and then they went and seen that I returned it the same day I rented it

Our experience renting a U-Haul trailer at the I-65 N location of U-Haul was an excellent experience. GM Tracy Holcombe was fast, courteous and friendly. The check in process on line worked beautifully and dropping off the trailer was a piece of cake. Highly recommended.



Not having a tongue jack made it difficult for me because I had to load and unload at several spots, plus I needed to use my truck without the trailer and could not drop the trailer.

Tire maintenance is a basic requirement for all vehicles poor Tire maintenance is a hazard to everyone on the road this trailer shook violently at 45 miles per hour I do believe if history is checked I've rented this trailer before and also turned in a complaint. I've never had trouble with any of the trucks trailers yes but overall it was an acceptable experience.

Make sure they check your equipment before you leave or they will charge your card after you leave and will not call you... of what the charges are.

I will never do the overnight drop off again. I was charged an extra $25 for not cleaning the uhaul after I was charged for the rental and mileage. I had to go through 3 customer services agents before the last one said there was broken glass and trash left in the Cargo area. My movers made sure to clean out everything before leaving it. Never again!

Make sure you charge the correct people for the correct reservation and be more sympathetic for your mistakes.



The representative was a little bit rude dealing with me and the reading of the fuel guage wasnt correct and i had to go back and forth between two representatives one outside and inside to get their initials on the correction. The vehicle was clean but not well maintained. It had a lot of hesitation and vibration when i drove it. And the second gear shifted very late. otherwise, it did the job.
