No one was there for the check in and no one came to check for assistance to help on the trailer hook up. WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION! It's unacceptable and un professional, if uhaul is represented by that establishment they should be relieved of that duty. Clearly they can not hold up as a second business.

Dropped off tow dolly after hours. Area is safe enough. It would help if there was signage to direct you WHERE to leave your return. Otherwise, your left guessing and hoping it's done correctly.
