They changed my drop off location without me asking which made the miles go up by 30 on the truck because it was so much farther from me that I was charge $70 extra dollars for. I’d like a refund since I had a much closer drop off requested!

Angelo LMake sure the open hours for each location are associated with them. Our location isn’t open on weekends but only available by appt. That would have been helpful to know beforehand.
