Location is great but the entire area is in need of clean up/weed eating, lots of poison oak and other weeds. No one was there. We dropped off after hours as it is advertised as a 24/7 drop off area. Weren’t sure where to drop it off exactly but we found a spot. Also left a vm on the phone number provided and entered info into U-Haul app which charged us an extra $35.
keith gThey changed my drop off location without me asking which made the miles go up by 30 on the truck because it was so much farther from me that I was charge $70 extra dollars for. I’d like a refund since I had a much closer drop off requested!
