Lady at desk was rude, no customer service, bathroom was not clean, was told completely different on the phone when booked reservation from when I showed. Was never told I would be charged to use a dolly and I was. I Told them at most 4 hours brought truck back in 2 hours charged for a day-12 hours. I will never go to this location again! Was too early in the morning for the lady to be so RUDE. I told them when I reserved I would be there between 9-9:15 am only to find out they do t open until 9:30 and U-Haul at 10 am. I was the first person to be helped and was not a pleasant experience!

The truck worked well. I believe the mileage was counted when the reservation was changed from the store that I initially reserved the truck with to the new store, which was 10+ more miles away.
