Explain the charges when returning and how you decipher the charges of $1.09 a mile up to Thursday and $1.29 a mile on Fri-Sat?? Is that way to charge all the miles at $1.29??

This location is a storage place, very small space to return trailer. There is another U-haul only location less than 1/2 a block away. Would had been easier to return it there.
Robert GWe went without a reservation. And they still got us a truck the size we needed. The people there are so friendly and very clean store. They helped us with all our needs this is our second time in a month and we are so pleased with the people. And location. Could not ask for anything more. Thank you for all your help getting us through our big move. Sincerely. .
christine mOnly thing that was upsetting to me was I only used 9 miles and when we picked it up the gas gauge said full so when we went to make it full again it took 8.2 gallons. That cost $46 and there is no way we used 8 gallons going only 9 miles. They said I could complain to corporate yet that’s not a good answer that would me the 15foot u haul got less than 1 mile a gallon. Impossible!
anne dI have rented vehicles from You-Haul several times over the years and have always had good customer service. This was the worst customer service and poorest You-Haul experience I’ve ever had. I made my reservation well ahead of time in person at the initial facility. When I got to the facility on the reservation day, they said that my reservation was sent to another store. When I went to the 2nd location, they told me that my reservation was at a third location. When I arrived at the THIRD location, they had my truck and were not very concerned about how I had to drive to 3 You-Haul locations to obtain my vehicle due to no fault of my own. I was not offered any type of compensation discount at all du to You-Haul’s mistake (not a discount due to the additional miles caused by a location that was further from my house, not even free blankets…nothing). And, the woman at the 3rd location when I picked up my vehicle had horrible customer service skills and treated me just like a dispensable customer of a big corporation. A horrible experience and added stress during an already stressful time such as moving.
