Our uhaul did not have working AC and it was given to us assuming that it was in working order. The temperature for the time we rented was 100+ degrees. By the time we realized it wasn’t working we had already loaded our truck with all of our items to move, so removing them was not an option with our timeline. Very dangerous driving conditions for a 4 hour drive.

Never saw Chris, just talked on the phone when I left the equipment. Tried to change location for drop-off and U-Haul wouldn't allow it. After all the times I've used your company, I sincerely hope this is the last one.
ANTHONY Pthe parking for the location was close to nonexistent. if you plan to rent a truck from here in the winter, bring a snow shovel and salt. it’s parked in a dangerous ice covered alley.
Kristin CNobody was there. Door was locked. Apparently they misread my gas gauge and are charging me $11 when I filled it before coming over. Would never go here again.
