The location I picked the truck up from gave excellent service. The place I started at and referred me to the location I rented from did not do so well in customer service.

MOHAMED W.Admittedly, this guy was new to U-Haul and clearly didn't know what to do to receive the trailer I was dropping off. It appeared as though his U-Haul "business" was just a side hustle. Apparently anyone can become affiliated with U-Haul.
