Never saw Chris, just talked on the phone when I left the equipment. Tried to change location for drop-off and U-Haul wouldn't allow it. After all the times I've used your company, I sincerely hope this is the last one.

the parking for the location was close to nonexistent. if you plan to rent a truck from here in the winter, bring a snow shovel and salt. it’s parked in a dangerous ice covered alley.

noel hPick up site moved day before. New site closed at scheduled time. On line did not have my reservation. Luckily site manager was next door and manually checked us in Very nice gentleman. Did not have handtruck originally ordered. Crack pipe was on front seat of truck.

MOHAMED WAdmittedly, this guy was new to U-Haul and clearly didn't know what to do to receive the trailer I was dropping off. It appeared as though his U-Haul "business" was just a side hustle. Apparently anyone can become affiliated with U-Haul.
