I utilized the after-hour turn in. The app or webpage would not accept the pictures to proceed to the next screen. I went around the entire trailer and opened the back four times taking pictures before giving up and just taking an individual picture of the side of the trailer in rapid succession for it to take it and proceed to the next step to turn in.

RICHARD MThey were closed on Wednesday because the Internet was out. Tried to call the number they left and after holding for a few minutes, you got a busy signal. Called uhaul and was told to leave it and they would check it in in the morning. Was worried all night that someone could easily steal it. Tried to call back Thursday morning and had the same issue with the phone.
