I am complaining about your process of returns. I wanted to take this large trailer to a customer center in N Charleston on Dorchester Rd, since I knew it is too heavy for me to unhook. I went to a well-established U haul business and was told I couldn't take it there. I had to go back to another location. At that location they were not very well equipped for unhooking a heavy trailer. She was super for customer service but we had trouble unhooking as usual. This is not the first time using U haul that I have had that problem.
KEITH MThe price seemed to be ridiculously increase while I waited a super long time to actually rent your smallest enclosed pull along trailer option. $350 plus to rent it. I needed it for one day, one way. Instead she would only offer 2 days, price kept increasing and for the FIRST time we had to put a deposit down. Prior to this, we always had great experiences. I left without a paper contract because they didn’t seem to know how to put the paper in the copier. They also said they would email it to me. I got it several hours later. I arrived around 4 PM and the agent was ready to close the place up and got mad when two ladies came in around 445. It was not a good experience.
AMIE GLocation was closed when I returned equipment, so no personnel.
