From the first call to this location, the person was very rude. When we arrived for pick up, the door was locked and we had to call. When we explained that we were there to pick up a truck, her response was “and what help do you need from me” and my wife explained that we needed the keys to the truck. She remained snippy throughout the entire interaction. When we came back to return the truck, before the facility closed at 4pm, once again the door was locked but she opened the door quickly. I told her I was there to return the truck and once again she was rude. She told me that she didn’t have time to help and if I wanted it checked in then, I could do it on the app. I’ve rented dozens of trucks and trailers from locations across the country and I’ve never had an experience this poor. We were told her first priority is storage. If that’s the case, they probably should not rent uhaul.
