The lady at the desk was extremely unprofessional and made me want to cancel the whole thing. She was condescending and passive aggressive. The parking lot also had no service and the app would not load to return the rental though it would only allow you to return it in the parking lot.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was charged $15 for gas. I put fuel in the van before dropping it off. I made sure that it was in the spot that it was in when i rented it. There were no numbers on the guage, all I saw was lines. They said that it was on 1/3 before i rented it, but when I returned it, the same spot was 1/4 according to them. I feel so cheated and will contact them early Monday morning. Thats bad business!
