The check in was a little over the top. The reason I picked this location because it was to be open. But it wasn't open. The Funiture blankets was a joke. The blankets were wet and smelt bad. Then I had to fold the blankets back up, so I wouldn't get a charge of 25 dollars. Plus, I had to sweep out the back 2 times because the blankets were nasty and had stuff all over them.
Brett CI was overcharged for a rental I told would be taken care of the truck was filthy and mileage was incorrect when checking in . I will be going to resolve this matter tomorrow
Janae WThe only personnel at the drop off location were contractors. There was nobody from U-Haul there. The only reason the gate was open was the contractors were there. I was told to use the U-Haul app to check in the trailer. I ended up having to use the website instead and it was a royal pain to use. It was not a smooth process. The return procedure should be much easier. A U-Haul representative should be at the return location.
