I had a truck booking on February 27, 2026 at 8:30 PM. My reservation was fully confirmed, and at no point during booking did it mention that mobile pickup was not available at this location. I arrived at the location at 8:00 PM, expecting a smooth mobile pickup. However, I was unable to access the truck. After waiting and trying to resolve the issue, I received a call from U-Haul informing me that this location does not support mobile pickup. This information should have been clearly communicated during booking. As a result, I wasted nearly 2 hours, and my entire plan for the evening had to be changed. I then requested to reschedule the pickup for the next morning when the office opened. On February 28, 2026 at 8:30 AM, I returned to the same location. The office was still not open — yet surprisingly, this time I was able to complete the pickup through mobile access at the same location. This inconsistency is extremely frustrating: • No clear communication about mobile pickup availability • Wasted time and disrupted plans • Lack of coordination between customer service and the actual location Overall, I am not satisfied with the service experience. I hope U-Haul improves transparency and communication so other customers do not face similar inconvenience.

I could not open the lock initially because it was too tight and there is nothing I can call for help. Took me 10 min to manually pull the lock open. Very painful.
JAMES YNo one at that location to help you. Just a lock box. No signs with instructions. Have to call U Haul to help you get a truck you reserved. Took over 1 hour. Would never use U Haul at that location again. Was told someone from. U Haul would call me about the incident. Never happened
