The location of the office is VERY confusing. Poor signage and finding the office in a larger office building was done by chance. Multiple businesses are in the office building and it just so happens that I inquired of someone who had their personal office door open if they knew where U-Haul was, and the woman said "I am U-Haul". She was EXTREMELY helpful and dealt with me immediately, but they must do better to direct customers to the correct location via improved signage.

VIQUAR KIf I could give 0 stars I would. I had specifically asked for a U-haul service where I could pick up through the counter in person and not use the app. When I arrived I went to the suite that said U-haul services were located the lights were off, when I tried to turn them on they didn't work. Long story short we had to use the app (which didn't work) and then had to be on the phone for an hour where they asked for two reference (which was never asked for before when placing the reservation) who they had to call at that moment to verify they knew me. The whole process was awful and I would suggest to never pick up a U-Haul from this location or use the app. 0 stars and would never recommend. Awful services and the person on the phone was not helpful either.
Marissa MI had a truck booking on February 27, 2026 at 8:30 PM. My reservation was fully confirmed, and at no point during booking did it mention that mobile pickup was not available at this location. I arrived at the location at 8:00 PM, expecting a smooth mobile pickup. However, I was unable to access the truck. After waiting and trying to resolve the issue, I received a call from U-Haul informing me that this location does not support mobile pickup. This information should have been clearly communicated during booking. As a result, I wasted nearly 2 hours, and my entire plan for the evening had to be changed. I then requested to reschedule the pickup for the next morning when the office opened. On February 28, 2026 at 8:30 AM, I returned to the same location. The office was still not open — yet surprisingly, this time I was able to complete the pickup through mobile access at the same location. This inconsistency is extremely frustrating: • No clear communication about mobile pickup availability • Wasted time and disrupted plans • Lack of coordination between customer service and the actual location Overall, I am not satisfied with the service experience. I hope U-Haul improves transparency and communication so other customers do not face similar inconvenience.
