When we picked up the truck, we noticed that there was some graffiti on the mirror holders and on the sides of the truck. We didn’t know how to report it, so we’re reporting it here. In addition, when we opened the back of the truck, there seemed to be pieces of cement and pieces of Sheetrock left behind. Whoever rented the truck before us didn’t sweep it out. We had to do a complete sweep before we were able to load our furnishings into the truck. We swept before and after.

CAMESUZE SThe location of the office is VERY confusing. Poor signage and finding the office in a larger office building was done by chance. Multiple businesses are in the office building and it just so happens that I inquired of someone who had their personal office door open if they knew where U-Haul was, and the woman said "I am U-Haul". She was EXTREMELY helpful and dealt with me immediately, but they must do better to direct customers to the correct location via improved signage.

John HOnly issue was the lock to get the uhaul key was not opening.. it was stuck in spite of giving the correct lock code..
