This time around the U-Haul was not cleaned appropriately. Not too happy about finding broken glass in the back storage. That is a hazard for sure.

The parking lot where I parked the truck was full of garbage, mud and other debris. The staff provided receiving the truck back (a different location thsn the pickup location) were adequate.
