STEPHEN DThe drop off location was a hotel. I was given instructions to call when I arrived but no one answered. I finally figured out I should go to hotel reception. There was a long wait to drop of the trailer because there was only one person working and she seemed quite slow. I had rented a dolly and was going to leave it in the trailer as I was instructed at the pickup but I happened to mention the dolly at the drop,off and she told me to bring it into the office. If that was what was required, I would have expected she would have told me that before my having to mention it. No one followed me out to see me drop off the trailer - I just dropped it off in the back and drove off.
