How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt would be helpful if a person was there OR if the on-line information included an explanation about the way the system worked. I was confused at first. However, the man I spoke to at DDM was helpful and explained everything clearly. I hope I never have to move again, but if the need arises, I would not hesitate to call U-haul! Everyone I dealt with, from first contact until the end, was pleasant, helpful, and knew their business!👍🏻🤩
Victoria LI was charged for 2 gallons of gas, although I returned the tank at higher level than when I picked it up (3/4 of a tank at pick up, almost full at return). I was charged for 83 extra miles, while the contract said unlimited mileage. Next time please spell out that the mileage is point-to-point.
Phil Aensure that requested and paid for accessories (i.e. dollys) are included in the rental. (the dollys were not included and were much needed)
Kennedi WHave regular offices where people can get keys and physical document on rental.
