First off I picked up my U-Haul well before 5 o’clock and it was closed. The gentleman called me about 1:30 in the afternoon talking to me about whether he needs to even be there or not when I requested to pick up at the counter and drop off at the counter I would like somebody to contact me regarding my experience With your Munson location There is too much to write.
