The owner of this pick-up location was verry helpfull fixing my mysteriousluy cancelled reservation with U Haul dispatch. When I was originally reserving the Auto Transport trailer at the Westfield U Haul location, I was asked what time I would like to schedule pick up. Knowing I had an 8:30 AM doctor's appointment, I stated any time after 10:00 -10:30 should work, since I cannot predict how long I'd be in the appointment. Original pick-up location was in West Springfield (10 minutes away). I got out of the appointment at 10:20, and drove to the (U Haul revised) pick-up location in Palmer (45 minutes away).. While enroute, I got a call from a U Haul rep saying I missed my scheduled 10:00 appointment (?), and told him I'm on my way, ETA 11:00. He said that's fine and would see me in a few minutes. When I arrived, he attempted to finalize the pick-up, only to find the "Regional Manager" had cancelled my reservation... It took 5 attempts, and over an hour to complete the new reservation due to the reservation software not completing the process, and dumping ALL of our entered information. The software kept indicating that my 2015 Ram 1500 was not a 'Valid tow Vehicle for the AT trailer. Towing capacity of 10,000 lbs for a total tow weight (vehicle and trailer) combined of 5500 lbs was verified on original booking,. This was VERY frustrating. U Haul NEEDS to update its reservation software system.. As mentioned earlier, the Owner of Post Road Tire and Auto was patient and wonderful fixing this confusing, and arbitrary U Haul software/pick-up time mess.

Easy turn in. Great place.
Joshua GI arrived during posted hours but the place seemed deserted. I picked a snowy spot and backed in the trailer. A person finally arrived, looked in the trailer and said “fold all the blankets”. He stood around with his phone and then told me I would get my invoice by email. He did not offer to disconnect the trailer and when he saw me trying to lift the trailer off the hitch ball he finally said “do you need help?” He then helped lift.
NEIL HNo one was there when I arrived just after 1pm. I needed help unhitching the trailer and fortunately there were a couple guys at the property next door that helped me.
PAUL SFirst off I picked up my U-Haul well before 5 o’clock and it was closed. The gentleman called me about 1:30 in the afternoon talking to me about whether he needs to even be there or not when I requested to pick up at the counter and drop off at the counter I would like somebody to contact me regarding my experience With your Munson location There is too much to write.
