Site did not post its barcode so I could not complete the pick up process. Had to call u-haul to use an alternative process.

A bit off the beaten path and seemed odd but all worked out fine. We needed help getting our key out of the lockbox and the mechanic kindly helped us.

KENNETH HBe available to answer the phone and return phone calls. My U-Haul reservation was cancelled without asking after I called to say I would be late, but no call has yet been returned and then when a new reservation was made it was a higher price.
