Very nice people
Gustavo JOnly complaint I have with U-Haul is I didn’t know it was a key pickup. I waited awhile for someone to help me. My wife eventually read it was key pickup.

Robert CWhere I picked up the van was great, however, this location had nothing to do with my charges. It was a van rental for 19.95. I went less than 10 miles (more like 6) and used maybe a gallon of gas and the end total was $43!!?? Not a happy camper, if you are smart, use a different rental company than U-Haul.
