I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone! Misleading costs. 39.95 plus mileage locally cost me 123.00. Drop off was locked in, so could not change drop off location to decrease amount of mileage used.
KAREN BInside of box truck was muddy. Should have been cleaned before pickup.
Trent ZI had a little trouble starting it . Needed tightening.
Terry TPeople were excellent. System was terrible. Given wrong time to pick up. Got too late. So scheduled for another day..left ..then just by chance found out oh no already the one van already scheduled. Attendants were polite and did their best with a broken support system.
