Drop off went in to have them inspect return vehicle they said dont need to so I will have to wait and see if there happy . I took pics of truck and trailer before and after so have that . , still dont understand why reservation location with 6 trucks there had to send me on a wild goose chase to find one.

CRAIG RLast time I got a uhaul it was clean and worked well. Today I rented the same size 5x8 enclosed trailer and I came home , cut the tie they had on the door and there was chunks of metal and trash in the back of the trailer. The workers at pick rite thriftway were great and one said they wouldn't charge me for something that they usually charge for since I cleaned it and removed the trash

rigo vI would not recommend U-Haul to anyone! Misleading costs. 39.95 plus mileage locally cost me 123.00. Drop off was locked in, so could not change drop off location to decrease amount of mileage used.
