The guy who runs this thrift store/U-Haul place didn’t show up until 9:15 when my reservation was at 8:30. The parking lot is gravel with pot holes. He then had to reenter everything despite me already filling everything out in the app. This included him manually entering my credit card number into a computer hooked up to an old tv screen. The store was dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke. The trailer smelled like old clothes as I’m sure the thrift store uses it for hauling things when it isn’t rented. Finally, the parking lot is dark and isolated, which was extremely uncomfortable and did not feel safe when returning the trailer after hours.
