The pickup took over an hour and a half. It’s a gas station in the middle of nowhere. The associate had to call the owner to process the pickup and had to takes photos of id on phone and we had to read 2 card numbers 3 times for them to attempt to process. After 30 minutes and several failed attempts by Mr. Patel I opted to call haul myself where Tiffany(very friendly and helpful) assisted me in teaching the person what to do while Mr Patel also talked to U-Haul on the phone. 4 total people talking trying to work it through while my sick mother in law sat at the fuel pump. Mr. Patel was very uncourteous. After U-Haul and Mr. Patel moved the system forward and I was handed the keys, I had to dodge ant hills to get to the truck parked in the grass. The truck only had half a tank and was very dusty, dirt and Doritos on the floor.

TYLER DThey didn’t speak English. We waited 20 minutes for a receipt and only got a handwritten one which they misspelled UhAul. I called uhaul customer service and they said it was fine to leave it but to take pictures. I took many photos then went online to checkout. I would not ever recommend this store as a UhAul pickup or drop off.
