No keys were in the truck when I went to pick it up.

JOHN PServing time we’ve reserved blankets and none were in the truck.
WILLIAM JReserved the truck and blankets online the week before and when I went to pick up the truck, that’s when they informed me they had no blankets. I didn’t even get a phone call ahead of time. Poor service.
