When on call with the main support not location store they were very rude and had rented the improper trailer for my application it was undersized and didn't work still got charged as was returned after closing hours (3pm)
NATHANIEL MThe ramp on the truck was broken. We were able to use the ramp, however, we were concerned about the safety of it. The door was difficult to open too. The location and customer service were excellent. I would recommend and use again.
