Poor instructions, really no instructions were given on how to pick up the trailer. It was basically just at their house - no email with instructions or signage to help direct you to who you should check in with. The trailer was hooked up by the owner and fell off the hitch before I left the parking area/alley way. He did reattach it and it did stay on, but for my first time renting and driving with a trailer, it didn't help me feel confident that things would be alright.
