The people were fine but the whole process was a disaster in terms of whoever runs the booking and central management. They hav e no sense of reality or clue as to the area. They CHANGED a booking to more than 45 minutes away for a pickup location THE MORNING of the rental—needless to say it caused enormous stress and took multiple phone calls to correct.

It was late and nobody there.
THOMAS PI used this location because it was convenient. There was no clear location inside the building that was for U-Haul but the area I was taken to to complete the rental on their tablet looked like an open storage area for trash, opened and unopened merchandise boxes, and just a total mess. Even though I only rented a car trailer, I believe the very poor and disorganized condition of the store is an indication of the attention and care provided the trucks at the facility. I will not be using this location again.

Dante CThe personnel who received the rental truck back at this location must not have checked in until the next day. We were charged for another day even though we returned the truck when it was due back. It was logged back in the following morning.
