J'ai été très déçu à la prise de possession de l'équipement (que je louais pour 3 semaines à Montréal). On nous a informé que le véhicule était équipé de pneus 4 saisons plutôt que des pneus d'hiver, et on a refusé de nous fournir un balais à neige. À ce temps-ci de l'année et sous ce climat, ces deux politiques une négligence quant à la sécurité de votre clientèle. Je prioriserai d'autres fournisseurs pour mes futurs besoins de location.

I used the automated sign-out process on my phone and this was *terrible*. I ended up having to wait in line to actually get my vehicle, which put me almost an hour behind schedule. I'd suggest refining that! Otherwise, a smooth and easy rental.

- Fournir un service en français aussi bien en ligne, à l’accueil et sur cette page de commentaires. Votre incapacité à fournir un service minimal au Québec est inacceptable pour une entreprise qui prétend vouloir avoir notre argent. Le fait que vos employés discutent entre eux en français devant les clients est un manque de respect (je parle 4 langues, je n’ai aucun problème à comprendre l’anglais, l’enjeu n’est pas là du tout, il est de démontrer que la langue commune de travail au Québec, c’est le français) - Avoir une personne à l’accueil qui ne dise pas qu’elle n’aime pas son travail parce que quelque chose l’embête (simple question de présentation vis-à-vis des clients...) - Avoir un camion propre: il était complètement sale - Ne pas demander aux clients de remplir aux eux-mêmes en ligne un formulaire décrivant les problèmes à la réception du camion. Ça devrait être le préposé à l’accueil qui m’accompagnent jusqu’au véhicule et s’occupe de ça

Service assez expéditif. On sent que le commis veut passer le moins de temps possible avec le client. Très peu d'informations sont données sur le marche à suivre, les assurances, etc, si on ne pose pas nous même les questions. En plus, j'ai dû demander pour faire un tour d'inspection du camion avec le commis pour m'assurer que tout était en ordre.

OMG I don’t know where to start. From the ton of information I had to fill in the web form that was totally useless as the employee asked me all the same. Wait time...45 minutes to rent a trailer at 8h30 am Saturday. The numbers of angry customers giving shit to the 2 young employees as their confirmed reservation was not respected by U-Haul...sorry no truck this morning... After waiting forever I finally got my trailer but I had to go back to the office so they can take a picture of the installation!! Why all that?? It’s only a trailer! The bureaucracy is maximized ... may I suggest a customer first approach?

Arriving at the location, I tried to use the uhaul online service but it was a disaster, didn't work, the person I was chatting with was super unclear and not responding. We had to go inside and wait forever until we could finally get the van. We lost an hour and I was charged for the extension. I asked to extend it again after and I was charged again, even though the rate is usually 19.95 for 24 hours, I got this rate for 4 hours only !! We have been charged an extra 10 dollars for the oil even though it was almost the same. The van's window were sooo dirty when we go it also.

1) In the severe frosty winter weather, at Gatineau Hull UHaul, they gave me all season tires (already well used) that almost got me in road accidents during the trip. In Montreal I got stuck in snow, in a regular parking place (no elevations or anything like that) in the kind of area where everyone else drove with no issues at all. Called UHaul and was told that I was intitled to Road Side Srvice at all (even though I had paid for everything). This way UHaul forced me to pay 150CAD to an independent remorque company to get me out of that parking. So I paid 150CAD because UHaul does not put winter tires on its vans. And this is above the fact that they had put my life in danger by having had me drive on icy roads with inappropriate tires. 2) In Gatineau, Hull UHaul (I left from Montreal from there) I was given the address where I had to drop off the van (12040 Lawrentien Blvd) next day. The boss of that 12040 Lawrentien office literally kicked me out of his office telling me that he did not wanna accept the van and did not wanna help looking for alternative places, called me a clown. 3) In Gatineau I was told that I had to return the van by 10:00AM. Turned out that I had to return it at 09:00. Good thing that I had woken up early or else they would have charged me for this as well...I am guessing. 4) No water in widn-shield cleaners. Plus, the rubber of the wind-sheild cleaner of the driver's side was in bad condition and it did not clean the wind-sheld properly at all.

The customer need to be cleary informed on what to do before returning back the track. For my case I told the agent that the fuel was not on 1/4 .Unfortunately when I returned back the track I was charged .To be poor in English or in informatic doesn't mean your are not a good customer. So I am not happy for that.My recent experience was not good.
