The location seems excellent, but we dropped after hours so tough to answer the questions. We were however impressed seeing the night personnel washing all the returned trucks and vans. All of the parked ones were sparkling clean. That's where our Regina location could improve.

But i cant say the same thing for their client services at their main office.....POOR AND UNCONSIDERABLE.... i had to dropped the trailer in montreal because my car broke down. They charged me of a one way and charged me 4 days( sunday to tuesday) even if they have their cameras that proved that the trailer was in their parking sunday. No consideration for out of controle incident..."you breach the contract" he said. Yes but i couldnt drive my car wouldnt start!!!

We received very rude service when we returned the equipment. We rented a furniture dolly and the admin at this location refused to take the rented equipment back because she insisted it did not belong to uhaul, and proceeded to charge us for it. I also received several incorrect invoices, including one that stated we took extra shop supplies, costing $27 (for things we never had) and repair of a roof leak that did not exist. They also did not provide invoices or documents in English, only French.

slow pickup process. Van smelled bad and had dog food spilled inside, so I guess it wasn't properly cleaned. Staff was courteous and friendly. I've rented from this location before and had good service, so I assume this was an exception.

Self service pick up was not available so I had to wait more than 1 hour to pick up a truck rented for 4 hours only! Then, I received twice the wrong receipt. On the first one, the mileage was wrong. On the second one, the fuel level was incorrect. I'm very disappointed

The staff were amazing and very friendly/helpful. However, I am not very pleased with my experience with my storage unit. I have found 9 mice so far in my things while unpacking. They have caused a lot of damage to my art, linens and various other items. This is extremely disappointing.

I had a terrible experience which has still not been resolved and THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS LOCATION IS TERRIBLE. Before leaving with the truck I rented I asked specifically if I could come back to pick up my car that night because I had no location to park it (my apartment building doesn't have parking for vehicles above 6ft) and I was told that the lot doesn't close at night so that would be fine. I came and parked the truck in the same place where I'd parked my car and I received two harrassing phone calls claiming I had parked the truck in the wrong place. THE FIRST PHONE CALL WOKE ME UP AT 630AM ON A SATURDAY MORNING!!! The second phone call woke me up again at 9am on saturday. I did answer the second phone call and recieved a ranting complaint from the manager saying that I had not parked the truck correctly and when could I come pick it up again. I explained that I would be by later. I did return the truck one hour late but for that one hour I was charged double the fee!!!! This is a terrible injustice when you consider that the reason I was late and the reason I had a terrible day is because I received harrassing phone calls starting at 630am on a saturday morning. My Position on the matter is very clear. -First I confirmed my intention of picking up my car later that night (implying I would not have the truck overnight) -Secondly the terrible attitude of the staff claiming I'm not allowed to park the truck in the parking lot was uncalled for. It is no reasonable to explain to someone at 9am the way that they should park the night before. -Thirdly it is not reasonable to have a parking policy in the parking lot of a Uhaul with no signage indicating what that policy is. I'd like it noted that the truck was parked carefully in a far corner spot not to block any more space than a car would have. I'd also like it noted that in spite of the fact that the manager was supposed to call and follow up on this situation they never did and proceeded to double charge my credit card for a 24 hour booking. Terrible manager, terrible unclear policy and communication and terrible to harrass someone at 630Am for a parking policy that is not communicated in writing on paper or on any signage anywhere. I am absolutely outraged.

Angela was a very good salesperson. I hardly knew she had upsold me on the $18.00 insurance I did not actually want. Her pitch and close was very smooth and did not know where I could decline the insurance. Her dad should be very proud.

After making my reservation, I did not hear back from a Uhaul employee to confirm the truck pickup location. After calling the Uhaul central phone number, they told me that my pickup would be at the Uhaul location on Pie IX. After taking a $30 taxi to that location, I was told that my pickup was actually at the Jean Talon location, which was another $25 taxi drive away. Unfair!

Délai d'attente de 45 minutes pour recevoir le camion de location et cela un samedi de fin de mois. Fin du mois de juillet pour être précis. Il aurait du y avoir au moins 2 personnes responsable au comptoir.
