Toutes les instructions dans le véhicule sont entièrement en anglais. Le service devrait être fourni aussi en français. Il en va de même pour certaines pages du site internet qui ne sont disponibles qu'en anglais.

La camionnette n’etaut Pas compatible pour le transport d’une roullotte j’aurais aimé le savoir avant j’ai perdu ma journée .Nous on devais sortir cette roullotte en fin de semaine on avait organisé de quoi tout est à l’eau.En plus il m’ont charger le plein prix ass.et cie pour rien .je me suis juste rendue à la roullotte avec le camion pas très loin et revenue

They initially wanted to charge me for 2 extra days rent even though I returned the trailer a couple of hours before the return time shown on my original contract. When I said that I wouldn`t pay the person in the yard said he needed to talk to a manager. When he came back out they had dropped the issue and gave me my receipt.

Battery problem with the truck. I took the truck and went for my first pickup then truck started but with a tiny bit difficulty. I was worried a bit but I said no way that they would give a truck with problems. I went to first drop off after being done I tried turning truck on but he wouldn't start. I called the location and they referred me to the road assistance. After being on the line for over 30 mins the lady on the phone tells me that it will take at least 20-30 mins to get someone to give an eta to come boosts us. I am like does that mean it might take an hour for the person to arrive and she replied maybe. I am in a hurry and don't have time for all this joke so I asked her if I could call a cab to boost me and she said yes after asking a few times as if she wanted me to wait until someone arrives. She asked me to keep the receipt and so I did. I went to the second delivery and kept truck turned on so I dont have to worry about it shutting down but I was worried that no one steals it. Anyway I finished and drop the truck but location was closed so I couldnt give them the receipt. Next day I called the location, someone answer and said please hodl so I waited approx 45 mins for then getting transferred to the calling center. Talking to the guy at the calling center, he asked me to drop the receipt at the location but that location is not on my way (I dont live in the area at all). I asked him at least 3 times what other solution is there and he kept saying go in person almost as if I was talking to a robot. I told him dont you have an email or anything where I could send the copy of the receipt and he replied no. He suggested I contact the location. I called again and they are closed for the day. Amazing way to deal with a client. I rented over 5 times from UHaul this year and never experienced something that bad. Please check my account at 5148276696 to see that I am actually a regular.

Please allow people to pre-enter information on the app before pick up! It took a very long time to get approved to drive - at least 30 minutes out of our drive time. The app would be great if it was more of a turn up and go, rather than a 30 minute ordeal.

Excellent for me would be if the location was within walking distance of a metro but otherwise it is excellent. I wish to thank whoever put the HUGE UHAUL sign out there on busy Jean Talon. When I returned the truck at night, tired & stressed out wondering if I had missed the place, that sign was such a relief to see.

Forcé de prendre l’Assurance de votre compagnie , je n’avais pas la preuve papier pour valider mes dires que mes assurances couvraient cette location, aucune mention sur votre site de ce fait concernant les assurances en supplément, et comment faire si nous avions les nôtres. Toutes les indications étaient en anglais même les mesures de sécurité. Longue attente pour la prise en charge, Juste une personne débordée le matin pour répondre j’ai du attendre l’arrivée d’un autre Employé pour être enfin servi. Je ne recommanderais jamais vos services. C’etait 1er fois et dernière fois. J’ai demandé au gérant de me contacter par l’entremise de votre service téléphonique mais il n’a pas dédaigné me contacter.
