Réparer les jauges à essence de vos camionnettes, soyez honnête et précis quant au niveau d'essence. Il est étrange que vous chargiez si on ne rempli pas avant de ramener la camionnette mais vous ne remboursée pas les sommes trop perçues

They put a X sticker on every single little scratch on the truck. The truck was full of X. Makes you feel worry that they will bother you with a little scratch when returning the truck but, actually, it went very well. Very good service.

Very bad experience. I reserved a truck for 9:30 am until 6:30 pm. Then, 2 hours later I get a notice that the truck is available between 7am and 4pm. I called to inquire and was told I was moved up because someone else needed it at 4pm. But I only needed the truck at 9:30 am as the store to pick up furniture was opening at 10am. The manager, Linn, did not care and said if I don’t like she can just cancel. I asked for a discount as I couldn’t really use the truck half the time, the manager told me that a discount wouldn’t do anything for me to help me with time. At the end I’ve agreed. When I returned the truck at 3:30pm I hear the customer service rep telling the customer in front of me that his truck is not available, but the 15’ truck has just arrived (I.e. my truck as she had asked me if it was mine). I then asked if that meant that no one was waiting for the truck at 4pm and she confirmed. So the manager has moved my time to 7am for no reason and had refused to give me a rebate. I wasted so much time!

Start thinking about your client needs rather than your own. With today's internet services, there is no way, especially in a large city as Montreal that you need to force a user like myself to drive more than 30 minutes in traffic - and waste my allotted kilometers - just to facilitate your pick up needs. I was once forced to go to a different location that the one where I had rented a Uhaul trailer - to get it as my planned location did not have one and the other location did. I an live with this kind of supply and demand situation but to force an existing customer to spend his/her time needlessly to deliver the rental to a different location than the one nearby his/her move-in place. is simply really poor business acumen on your part and I for one am no longer interested in dealing with it so goodbye and good luck screwing other individuals as I in the future. IN good time, your business practice will be your downfall.

I`ve put more gas then the gas odometers was saying, and it kept telling me I was under than that I put... I did about 40km and paid 20$ gas.. this is ridiculous and now my bill is at 75$ + that 20$, receipt in hand...

When we want to order in french - I was sent to Arizona. The first agent in french said there is no truck available but the second agent knew his job and correctly found an available truck and reserved it. The service by the lady at the counter in the Jean-Talon office (in montreal) was excellent. She smile and gave an excellent customer service. Overall the service is good, but the acces to the french phone number was not easy to find.

I reserved a truck online for 24 hours. When I arrived, they told me it was only available for 5 hours and that there was nothing they could do because another client needed it. It was not appreciated.

Line up was long to pick up vehicle. Only one person and the systems he was using were visible slow. Better/faster systems and perhaps a second person during rushes?

I needed the pick up time to be at 8 am so as per website I downloaded the app to use the self pick up and it ended with me waiting till 9:30 to pick up until th guy at the location docider to pass me ! Dont offer the self pick up if u can not guarantee!!!

Make sure all the bumps and scratches are marked with those litte X stickers, because the new customer should not have to inspect each square inch of the vehicule before driving away. Thank you.

One of your agents made an error when putting in the end kilometers on the system and ended up charging me 100 extra kilometers on my card. I've yet to receive a reimbursement for this, even though I was told I was going to.

Madame Angela m’a conseillé de prendre le camion par rapport à mes besoins. Sa suggestion a été excellente. De plus, elle est venue avec le camion et m’avait donné les explications nécessaires pour bien fonctionner. Votre personnel est bien qualifié. Cordialement
