I had requested a cart that wasn’t in the truck. The manager did nothing to help me with it and was reading my credit card numbers out loud while another customer was in the store.

Jorge MFirst ,the person in charge of that location has zero customer service.. i waited about 20 minutes for him just to open his computer. Second, he gave me the keys 30 minutes later and he tells me that i have to go clean the snow of the truck because i’m the one who’s gonna use it. I lost another 10 minutes just cleaning the snow of the truck just so i can drive it. It’s unfortunate because that guy represents UHAUL and I’m sure i’m not the only one with a bad experience at that location..
Jean NLocation is not very clean , and had presence of loitiers which seem to be friends of the staff members.
